Additional Tickets for Accompanying Persons
We offer additional banquet tickets for accompanying persons. Please note that there are two separate banquet events:
- 1st Banquet on June 8: USD 50 / KRW 70,000
- 2nd Banquet and Field Trip on June 11: USD 100 / KRW 150,000
To purchase these tickets, please add tickets you need during the online registration.
Payment Method
Credit Card
- Payment by credit cards is available after you completed the online registration.
- Visa, Master, Amex, Discover, and JBC cards are acceptable.
- All card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
Bank Transfer
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
- The sender’s name should be the same as the registrant’s name.
- Please refer to the account information below and send us proof of your payment via email (wood@kswst.or.kr) after remittance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (wood@kswst.or.kr ).
- All refund will be made after the conference for administrative reasons, and all bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the refunds.
- The cancellation date is based on the Korean Standard Time(KST).
