Presentation Guideline

ORAL PRESENTATION [Please Read Carefully]

1) Time Allocation
The oral presentation time is strictly limited to 15 minutes, except for the Early Stage Researchers which are 3 minutes.
Please ensure that your presentation does not exceed this limit and keep the session on schedule.
There will NOT be computers in the room for you to use. If changes are made, ensure that you upload the updated file by the deadline.
2) [IMPORTANT] Format Requirements
Language: All presentation must be in English.
Title slide: Please include your name, affiliation, abstract ID on the title slide.
Format: slide must be Microsoft Powerpoint (16:9 ratio) or a PDF format.
** Please note that other format except PPT and PDF are NOT acceptable for your materials.
Fonts: To ensure compatibility, use Standard Windows fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman or Wingdings (for special characters).
Media Files: If your slides include video or audio, please keep all files in a single folder your presentation file. If the file is too big to upload at MY PAGE, please send the file to secretariat (swst@suplakorea.com)
File naming: Abstract ID_First name Last name (e.g. SWST-2026-SUB-0001_John Handsome)
Submission: Submit your file at My Page by May 22, 2026, 24:00 KST.
Modifications are NOT permitted after the submission deadline.
3) On-site Technical Guidelines
The use of personal laptops is NOT permitted.
Presentation will be run on the conference PC (Windows-based; Mac is not supported).
To avoid software compatibility issues, please also bring a PDF version of your presentation.
4) Registration Requirements
All presenting authors must register for the conference.
Presenting authors who are unable to attend the conference are requested to identify a co-author who can present the work and notify to the secretariat of any changes in advance, not on-site.

POSTER PRESENTATION [Please Read Carefully]

1) [IMPORTANT] Format Requirements
Size: Portrait, A0 size (841mm * 1189mm)
** Poster printed on one large sheet of paper are encouraged.
Please leave the top-left corner (20*20cm) blank. The secretariat will provide and affix the Abstract ID in this space.
Content must include the title, names & affiliations of all authors, and one representative email address.
Recommended Font Sizes & Types
〮 Main title: 100 point or larger
〮 Text: 32
〮 References: not smaller than 28
Logistics: Presenters are responsible for printing and transporting their posters to the venue. The secretariat is not responsible for any presentation materials lost or damaged in transit.
File naming: Abstract ID_first name last name (e.g. SWST-2026-SUB-0001_John Handsome)
Submission: Submit your file via 2026-kswst-swst.org by May 22, 2026, 24:00 KST.

Notifications of Abstract Reviews

Individual notifications regarding review results have been sent via email. Please check your inbox.
Please note that further revisions or supplements to abstracts are no longer possible.

Detailed guidelines for presentation preparation will be posted on our website soon, so please check back for updates.

Additionally, we highly recommend completing your registration within the Early Bird period to take advantage of the discounted rates.
